As I've been making decisions about my work future in the past couple months, I've realized how I'm closer and yet farther from where I want to be. Yes, I work in the realm of creation care now. Yes, I get to influence young people toward a more whole way of living. Yes, some of the food I eat has been grown by people in my immediate realm.

But I'm living in a town where I work primarily with computers and people. What about this dream to be labouring on a homestead? Have I made the right choice to continue on this track or should I do something radical and jump in with one of the farms I've read about?

To be fair, I don't think this is where I'll land in the long term. Still, I can't help but feel like I'm settling for a story that is not an epic life.
